Cookies and your choices
This page explains optional tracking on the Caseload marketing website. It does not describe the separate Caseload application.
Necessary storage
We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage under caseload-cookie-consent, for up to 180 days. This lets us remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics and advertising cookies. It is not used to track you. If your browser cannot save the choice, it applies only to the current visit.
The site administration area uses a necessary login session cookie. It does not load Google Analytics.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we load Google Analytics to understand visits and how people use this website. Google receives website-usage information and associated device and network information. Analytics does not load, and no Google Analytics requests are sent, before you accept.
Google Analytics may store first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_4XV9T6B7V3 to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Google's default lifetime for these cookies can be up to two years. Our permission check expires after 180 days and asks you again.
Google Consent Mode v2 starts with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation denied. Accepting optional cookies grants those four consent signals; rejecting keeps them denied. We do not load Google Analytics until you accept. If you previously consented to analytics only, we ask again before granting the broader permission.
No marketing or advertising pixels are currently installed. Google signals and advertising personalisation features remain disabled in our current GA4 configuration even when permission is granted. Future advertising trackers must respect your cookie choice.
Read Google's privacy policy for information about Google's processing.
Change your choice
Select Cookie settings in the footer of any public marketing page to accept or reject optional analytics and advertising cookies. Rejecting does not prevent you from using the site. The separate caseload.app application must collect its own consent; browser storage is not shared between these domains.
If you withdraw a previously accepted choice, we disable analytics, remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website and reload the page to stop the loaded tracking script. Requests already sent while you had consented cannot be withdrawn.
